Wellbeing workshops this summer term 2026

There is strong evidence to show that these five steps help people get the most out of their lives and to feel more positive.

1.     Connect with other people

2.     Be physically active

3.     Learn new skills

4.     Give to others

5.     Pay attention to the present moment

With this in mind we have a number of workshops in 2026 that focus on our wellbeing through connection, activities, skill building, mindfulness, relaxation and fun. Below is the chart of our summer wellbeing offer.
