Outreach volunteers at The Parent House
Volunteers staff and children on our sponsored walk
We are an award winning charity who are celebrating 25 years in Islington this year. We believe in parent’s capabilities to help themselves and others, and we know that when parents thrive, children thrive.
Our new volunteer team has started their journey this October. They are completing 9 weeks of interactive and facilitated training learning how to work alongside their community. As a team they will support other parents and develop skills both for work and for life.
We know that parents have incredible skills, they manage homes and juggle workloads, they listen and they keep going against the odds.
